Inventory is Low. Prices & Number of Homes Sold Are Up. It's a Seller's Market!
Even though this is usually the time of year more homes become available, it looks like inventory is still very low. About 1 to 3 month's inventory of homes are available in all cities, which makes it a strong Seller's Market - multiple offers are coming in on most homes! Homes that are priced right, staged well, and have upgrades sell first and are desired by buyers (which also drives prices up). The number of homes that have sold has increased, also contributing to low inventory.
